Therapeutic Massage can include a combination of the following techniques:
Swedish Massage: A full body, medium pressure massage that relieves muscle tension, stimulates circulation, increases serotonin levels, improves muscle tone, and promotes total mind and body relaxation.
Deep Tissue Massage: This massage targets deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue to alleviate pain, muscle spasms, stress, inflammation, and tissue damage.
Myofascial Release: This massage eliminates pain and restores motion by stretching the myofascial connective tissue and applying sustained pressure.
Massage Cupping: Through the suction and negative pressure of special cups, this technique softens tight muscle, tones attachments, loosens connective tissue, and brings hydration and blood flow to body tissues.
Hawaiian Hot Stone Massage: Relieve tense muscles and sore joints with heat from smooth, oiled and warmed stones that massage the body with long rhythmic Hawaiian Lomi Lomi strokes for deep relaxation.
